If the Monsters used to Synchro Summon it are in your Graveyard Special Summon them. Those monster's ATK and DEF are doubled. During your 2nd End Phase destroy the Summoned cards and take damage equal to the combined stars of the monsters x100. Power Tool Dragon support card, I guess.
