If not its fine i just know it happens to be one thats in there... 8.5/10 OCG/Grammer: Seems fine Effect: Meh, Decent i guess.... Balance: I think its OPed, a level 4 tuner with a all positive effect? The little Extras: No editon, other than that its fine Overall id say a [size="4"][color="#FF8C00"]C+[/color][/size] A little above average but as a stand alone cards, nothing special [b]Shinkai No Hebi[/b] Name: Ugh, this is killing me because this is one of the few japanese words i used to know >_< Im pretty sure "Hebi" is "dragon".... anyway its okay 8.5/10 Pic: I dont care if its kinda overuseed its still good 9/10 OCG/Grammer: Looks fine to me Effect:Pretty OPed. Put a limit on the attack and drop the gain to like 400.... Other wise it could easily have over 4000 ATK.... But for having the enchantress as a nessicary part of the synchro summon, it has no real connection to her... so similar effect or anything really.... Balance: Oped.... in my opinion... The little extras: Ditto the previous time Overall a [size="4"][color="#FFA500"]C[/color][/size] for now, its pretty OPed ATM but if you fix it it could be anywhere from a C+ to a B+....
