Once per turn, you can reveal 1 face-down Spell or Trap Card you control and send 3 cards from the top of your Deck to the Graveyard to Special Summon 1 Level 6 or lower Machine-Type monster with 2000 or less DEF from your Graveyard. You cannot Normal Summon or Set the turn you activate this effect. Other "Neo-Mech Armoured Dragon" you control cannot activate this effect during the same turn this card's effect was activated.
