This card is, well, OPed. Since you just discard 2 cards and you can Special Summon 1 Synchro Monster from your Graveyard. So you can Special Summon 1 SRND or SSD or a Polar God monster. The pic is good and change the effect so it can just summon a Level 8 or lower Synchro monster or something like that. Ocg is off. The ocg fix:

"Discard 2 cards to Special Summon 1 Synchro Monster from your Graveyard, ignoring the Summoning conditions."

I would make the effect like this:

"Discard 2 cards to Special Summon 1 Level 8 or lower Synchro Monster from your Graveyard, ignoring the Summoning conditions."

That's just to balance the card

Edited the card with your effect. It makes a lot more sense. Forgot about how easy it would be to get those kinds of synchros.

Now, the card is not OPed. This could be good to Summon SSD or SRND. No ocg error, and pic is still good, and now the effect is good too. So this card get a /10

Dont get mad for the 6/10 it is the next best score you can get for a single card from me
