i guess it's fine, it doesn't scare me though. the last effect will probably only happen once since you remove from play the synchro materials that been used. i guess it's 8/10 for the effect and stats. this already remind me of Shooting Star Dragon of course. it seem hard to summon but then again it would be Oped it was easy to summon then. immunity to spell and trap for a turn is decent, each time an effect of its own activated, well worth price of it's summon. the only way to rid of it is by battle or effect monster.

yeah the effect says add one spell card to your hand, where is the spell from? removed from play? deck or graveyard?
