Okay, I have created a monster so here's its stats (please rate):
Name: Mr. McMimic Man. Attribute: Light
Level: 8*
Type: Spellcaster/Ritual/Effect
Effect: This Card can only be Ritual Summoned, and only by the Effects of a Ritual Spell Card. This Card's Name is treated as the Name on the Ritual Spell Card and you must Tribute Monster(s) who's Level is equal to or greater than the Level of this Card. While this Card is on the Field, the Controller of this Card must show his/her hand. This monster gains the following effects respectively:
If you have 1 or less cards in your Hand this card is destroyed.
If you have 2 to 4 cards in your Hand the DEF of this card is Doubled.
If you have 5 or 6 cards in your Hand this Card's ATK is Doubled.
If you have 7 or more cards in your hand, this Card's ATK is increased by all of the ATK from the Monster Cards in your Hand. Also, this Card's DEF is increased by 500 x the number of Spell or Trap Cards in your Hand.
ATK/DEF: 1950/1950

So basically it's effect say you can use ANY Ritual Spell Card to Ritual Summon him onto the field and takes on the Name of the Card the Ritual Spell was intended for. A "mimic" so to speak. His remaining effect seem rather forward but if there are any question, don't be afraid to ask.
I would please ask that you rate it from 1 to 10. I try not to make anything supremely powerful cause I do try to be balances and fair. Thanks.

I give this card a 8 out of 10. I say 8 because while the effect is good, I'm unaware of the purpose of his name theft.

Also, to clarify would I be able to Ritual Summon this guy using Dawn of the Herald? That ritual requires levels that equal exactly 6.

The answer to your question is no. Mr. McMimic Man's effect says otherwise... unless I change it which i can so... I might just void the whole: "and you must Tribute Monster(s) who's Level is equal to or greater than the Level of this Card" or lower his level.
As for his name mimic is because some Ritual Spells say things like "This card is used to Ritual Summon ....." so he is able to be treated like he is the "Relinquished" or "Black Lust Soldier" that the RS's text speaks about.
