This Monster Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 Sea-Serpent type monster you control while a Field Spell is on the field. Once per turn, you can select one Field Spell on the field and negate it( the card remains on the field). The selected cards effect becomes "While this card remains face up on the field all Sea-Serpent type monsters can only be destroyed by battle". If this card is sent to the Graveyard by a card effect, you can destroy all field spells on the field and add 1 field spell from your deck to your hand.

there's my OCG fix... the underlined part, it does make sense to me, but i think its kind of useless in my opinion
