Dandelo
Here's your "long effect", lawl. Probably overpowered; but seriously, no one would run cards like "Saggi the Dark Clown", "Masked Clown", etc. anyways. And good luck at keeping them on the field. This card cannot be Special Summoned, except by Fusion Summon. The monsters used to Fusion Summon this card must be monsters you control and in your hand with "Clown" in their name. This card's ATK and DEF are equal to the total ATK and DEF of all cards used to Fusion Summon this card. When your opponent activates a card effect that targets 1 or more cards you control, you can remove 1 card in your hand from play to make it only target this card. When this card is targeted by an opponent's card effect, roll 1 six-sided die. On a 1 or 2, negate and destroy the card. Then, send all cards your opponent controls and in their hand that are the same Card Type as the destroyed card to the Graveyard. On a 3, 4, or 5, negate and return the card to the top of your opponent's Deck. On a 6, destroy this card. If this card is destroyed by its own effect, toss a coin. *Heads: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK or DEF of this card (whichever is higher), and take damage equal to this card's ATK or DEF (whichever is lower). *Tails: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK or DEF of this card (whichever is lower), and take damage equal to this card's ATK or DEF (whichever is higher).
Jack of All Spades
*cough* I DO. *cough cough* The effect is beyond insane; I re-read it four times to understand it. I could NOT see this being put into a real card because of it's long effect. NOT WHAT YOU WERE LOOKING FOR, I'M SURE. 8.3/

snowyash
Okay, let me try and get all this straight. Instant summon, no polymerization just remove Clowns from field or graveyard right? Just mill a load of clowns and this has potential to be a huge beater. Then, seeing as how its ATK and DEF would probably be too high to destroy by attack, you've given it huge protection against things like the various "Hole" cards and field nukes. And when it doesn't you've got a 50/50 chance of burning them straight out of the duel. Especially if the clowns used have higher ATK and you run a second coin toss with it. OP'd to hell. For everything else though, pic and name are very cool and OCG seems fine.

That'd at least piss someone off more, having to keep Clowns on the field to Summon this; it'd also lower its potentially ridiculous stats. CNo.101 S.H. Death Knight
well that is Oped insanely but the last effect that you have the flip cion effect repeat they both the same on either head or tail. well i can say that there not allow of clown monsters in the games, Dream clown, zombie clown, saggi the dark clown, crass clown, Masked clown and Peten the Dark Clown are currently the only cards in the game for now, but there is more in japanese version that yet to convert. 7/

Max West
Oh no, a chance card! Yes, I can see this being broken, but not badly. Not much to say; OCG is good, image is good. 8/
Yankee
Uhm. This is horribly overpowered. Yea. You're not even taking a big chance with it. If it does SOMEHOW not roll or work in your favor (As in, the most devastating effects), then your opponent just will get hit with something else. No thanks. Dandelo
If anything, guys, if you've noticed the title of the thread, as well as my first sentence, you could come to the conclusion that this was meant to be a sarcastic thread. This was actually a card I was working on while I kept recieving comments about how a majority of my card's effects are not "long enough" or "devastating enough", etc.; thus, I decided to make this card ridiculous. I will be changing it, but as always, thanks for the comments.
