"1 Tuner type monster" + "Relinquished" + "1 or more level 3 or lower non tuner monsters"
Select 1 monster in your opponent's graveyard and equip it to this card (This effect can only be used once per turn and you can only equip 1 monster at a time to this card, To equip a monster to this card you have to pay life points equal to half the ATK of the selected monster). The original ATK and DEF of this card are equal to the ATK and DEF of the elected monster x1.5. If this card would by destroyed, the equipped monster is destroyed instead, and any damage you received is halved and inflicted the same damage to your opponent's Life Points.
Hope everyone like it and it give reason to put Relinquished back in your spellcaster decks.

I think that the idea of a Synchro Monster that needs Relinquished to be Summoned is great, but you need to work on this card a lot. The image is good but it's very blurry. I think that you should increase the Level of that monster ( to a Level 8 or 9) and set it's ATK and DEF to 0 just like all other Relinquished based cards. The effect is the part that needs a lot of work. Try something that implies the Equipping of a Monster Card of your opponent (maybe from his Graveyard or his Extra Deck). You can also make that it gain also the effect of the equipped monster not only thei ATK and DEF. The Mirror Damage effect must also be used. To make it more balanced you can put some condidions fo the summoning for example that you must use only Level 3 or lower monster. (Tuner+Relinquished+1 or more Level 3 or lower non-Tuner Monsters) or a drawback like a cost to activate the equipping effect (for example pay Life Points or Discard card from Hand or Deck). Last but not Least please think a better name, that one i not really original nor fitting

4/10

It just seems the same as Relinquished's effect maybe even a little less beneficial, because with relinquished if ur opponent only has 1 high level monster on the field u can clear their field while with this card u can't and relinquished is probably easier to summon than this as well so on the basis of my review I wud stick with relinquished 4/10

Because then we'd be doing you job :)

An idea would be to take relinquished's base effect, and then make it better and stronger. One way would be to add "If this monster would be destroyed, destroy the equipped monster instead", making it better because now it has protection from card effects.

Then you can also add on your own effects.
