It seems UPed to me. Maybe "This card's original ATK and DEF are equal to those of the tributed monster", or something like that. 6.5/10

This is not UPed. When it is removed from the field, you can rfp 1 synchro your opponent controls. How is that uped. Plus after 5 tirns, you hava a 2000 atk monster that removes a synchro when destroyed

It is easy to get this card get 2000 ATK if you play your cards right, which is pretty easy. And when it is destroy even while it has 0 ATK, [size="5"][b]if[/b][/size] your opponent controls a Synchro, it is removed from play so it is hard to get that card back to the field, atleast harder than if it would be in the Graveyard

EDIT: Also you can inflict 100 damage equal to the Level of the rfp Synchro monster
