This card can be Special Summoned from your hand or Graveyard while you control at least 3 cards in your Spell & Trap Card Zone. While you control this face-up card, whenever the effect of a Trap Card activates, treat the activation as the activation of a Counter Trap Card. Whenever the effect of a Counter Trap Card activates, increase this card's ATK by 200.

I [u]LOVE[/u] THE COUNTER TRAPPERS (if that is their official name?) Been using Voltanis and Vandlygon as my bosses in a random deck and they have been awesome.

As for this card, the name and picture are perfect. The effect: well I think it's very easy to Special Summon though others may disagree, it's not like you even have to sacrifice the S/T's like you do with say 'Anteatergeriant' which was also in my Deck (:lol: spelling). It could very quickly build some ATK, certianly surpassing the mentioned above if every Trap suddenly became a Counter Trap, and would make the above easier to summon too.

Personally I think the Counter Trappers need more Lv4 support than bosses at the minute, despite being a good card I wouldn't run this ahead of Voltanis and Vandlygon if I could only take 2 of the 3. That's just me, maybe I just prefer the symmetry of the other two, I'm like that.

Their official name is Synthetic Angels (Majestic Mech, Counter Faries and Heralds) I just made some new ones to^^

I thoughht the pics were quite similar which is why I sort of intended this to be like an upgrade to it, just without the name to tell you, but thanks for doing 2 things:

1) Commenting only on the picture = pointless
2) Not commenting on, the effect, the balance, originality, OCG, name, potential, usability, accessibility, ATK and DEF or type

I don't know if you thought your above post was helpful or not, and if you think it was then excuse this comment: Comment on things that matter or don't comment at all.

No problem, thanks for the rep. Don't think commenting is the most deserving way of earning them, but given no-one else can be bother I guess commenting on as many cards as I can makes me a good member. Maybe.

Just found the pic in JK's archive. Yeah it looks like Bountiful, but there's one in there that looks like Voltanis as well (somewhere in ETC).

Thanks for the name info Aleksandr, will have a look at your cards shortly. Seeing as I would certainly run these if I played IRL.

Oh yeah and thanks for commenting on my card Bluster. I haven't read it yet but will in a sec, just need to try something.

This card is broken like hell. Yea it makes Synthetic Angels more runnable and Van'Dalgyon, but it makes them more playable to the point of OP =/ Now with this, Counter Force, Counter Counter, Synthetic Angels, Van'Dalgyon, Dark Voltanis, Lock Dragon, and the real Voltanis can be abused so much easier. I can even think of a way to put Lock Dragon in a Lockdown =/.

It'd be FAR less broken by merely giving its Counter effect a once per turn deal. Otherwise, you can swarm on Van'Dalgyon, Lock Dragon, and Dark Voltanis. Not only that but you could gain a tremendous amount of draws from Bountiful Artemis, high recyclability from Layard, and dont even get me started on Meltiel.

well if I post a card where the pic is already a used in a real card, that's all other people (high level people) usually say, but i'll gladly rate your card :)
I really like the idea! It's extremely helpful to all other Counter Fairys, since most of them require the activation of a Counter Trap in order to use their effects. Do think it's OP'd due too the easy summoning.

Name: [b]5/5[/b] - Really like it! Fits perfectly for a Synthetic Angel
Type/Attribute: [b]5/5[/b] - Nothing unusual
Level/Stats: [b]7/10[/b] - Level a bit too high/either lower stats of lower the ATK increase
Effect: [b]8/10[/b] Think it blends in perfectly with counter fairys and is a HUGE help in a counter fairy deck! Too easy to summon, simply placing 3 cards face-down is very easy. You don't need a big change for examle just changing the effect to 3 [b]face-up[/b] Spell or Trap cards.
OCG: [b]9/10[/b] - Dosn't look all that correct a few places, but I don't know the correct solution.
Pic: [b]2/5[/b] - Like i said earlier, it is Bountiful Artemis, just with a different backround and lighting.

I can help out.
Meltiel: Each time a Counter Trap is activated, gain 1000 Life Points, and if "The Sanctuary in the Sky" is on the field, destroy 1 card your opponent controls.
Layard: While this card is face-up on the field, add 2 of your removed from play Fairy-Type monsters to your hand each time a Counter Trap Card is activated.
Artemis: While this card is face-up on the field, draw 1 card from your Deck each time a Counter Trap Card is activated.

With this, if you control Meltiel and this card, whenever your opponent triggers a Trap you gain 1000 ATK and if you control Sanctuary in the Sky (which would be wise) you can destroy any card on the field.
If Layard was on the field as well, as LIGHTS can be removed for effects, this card would make them more playable along with this card.
With Artemis, you could draw a max of 10 per turn, although you'd most likely just be drawing maybe MAYBE 2 or 3 =/ still though.

Counter Force (Continuous): When a Counter Trap Card is activated, place 1 Charge Counter on this card. During your Standby Phase, by removing this card from play, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent for each Charge Counter on this card.

Remember that Lock Dragon Lockdown I mentioned? This is a possible Addition. Or you could pull an OTK with this.

Counter Counter (Counter obv): Negate the activation of a Counter Trap Card, and destroy it.

Synthetic Angels (monsters): Their the "Counter Trappers" you guys are talking about. Layard/Artemis/Harvest Angel/etc

Dark Voltanis (Monster): After 1 Counter Trap Card you control has been activated and has resolved, you can Release 1 DARK monster to Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card is Special Summoned in this way, destroy 1 card on the field.

Lock Dragon (Monster): This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand when a Counter Trap Card you control negates the activation of a card your opponent controls. While this card is in face-up Defense Position, neither player can Special Summon monsters.

Locks Special Summon.
