Frognarch and Frog FTK (Help)

I can't seem to find any deck lists to netdeck for a decent Frog Monarch or Frog FTK build

If somebody could post a decent one for either/both of these, you'll be getting reps out the wahoo.

NOTE*** You can use any cards that have come into existence since the banning of Substitoad (Glow-Up Bulb for example).

The first decklist here won European Continentals. It's good.

Frog FTK has fallen out of use since the banning of Substi - it's pointless running it.
