Skirts
The effect doesn't make sense for the attacking directly. It's pretty self-explanatory why it doesn't make sense. :/ I would change it level 8. The OCG could use a bit of work I think, but I can't correct since I suck at OCG. xD 4/10. Better luck next time. (: Good job though !
Just Incredible
@Alexkaal: Explanation? @Skirts: Last time I checked (And I will admit that was a while ago), you can attack your opponent directly if he/she has no monsters in defense position. Not being able to attack the opponent directly if he has a monster on the feild PERIOD is a drawback I put on to not make it so Op'ed. Same with the coin flip effect. Why make it 8 stars? But nevertheless, +rep and thanks for rating.

If your opponent controls a monster, regardless of position, you cannot attack directly unless the card states you can.[/b] [/quote] So, my advice is to drop the direct attack bit, as there is no need for an OCG fix with the rest of it. Drop to a Level 9 maybe? The coin flip bit, I'm unsure on. Play a Second Coin Toss and you pretty much can stop your opponent making any sort of attack. Balances with the fact that it could not destroy summoned monsters instead and that it does not negate the effects either. Although it could probably do with the last bit. My rating is... 6/10 It's OK. Not pro standard but a solid card. Just please brush up on the rules.
