Ghoulish
A New Dragon Synchro with an Original Effect, Every step he takes brings a quake to the Earth and every sound he utters, causes fear to strike over the lands, The End is what he is, Desperation is his way of doing it.
1 Dragon-Type Tuner + 2 or more Non-Tuner Dragon-Type monsters When this card is Synchro Summoned by discarding any number of cards from your hand, discard the same number from your opponent's hand. Whenever this card would be targeted by the effect of a Spell, Trap or Monster effect you can remove 1 Spell, Trap or Monster Card in your Graveyard from play, depending on the card being negated, to negate the effect of your opponent's card and remove it from play. When this card is sent to the Graveyard both players discard their hands, then both players can add 3 cards from their Graveyard to their hands, both players then remove all cards in both players Graveyards from play.
This card was made after i considered probably the craziest card I've ever made which was this one:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by tributing all cards you control and while there are more cards in your Graveyard then your opponent's or by it's own effect. When this card is Summoned, remove all cards in your Graveyard from play. Return a number of your removed from play cards to your Graveyard equal to the number of cards in your opponent's Graveyard, remove from your opponent's Graveyard the same number of cards you returned. By returning any number of your removed from play cards to your Graveyard after the previous effect, destroy cards your opponent controls up to the number of cards you returned. While this is the only card you control it cannot be removed from the field. When your opponent controls 5 or more cards during your End Phase, destroy this card and return all cards removed from play, in both player's Graveyards and in both player's hands to the Decks, both players then draw 5 cards. While this card is in the Graveyard whenever a player would draw during or outside his/her Draw Phase, the player draws from the bottom of the Deck instead. If you control no cards and there are 10 or more cards in both players Graveyards, you can Special Summon this card, you must have more cards in your Graveyard then your opponent.
