This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by paying 4000 Life points and removing from play the top 15 cards of your Deck. This card cannot attack during the turn it is Special Summoned. As long as you control this face-up card, all monsters Summoned are treated as DARK monsters. If this card battles against a DARK monster, then destroy that monster and Special Summon it to your side of the field. Increase its ATK by 1000 more ATK points and its DEF is treated as 0. If this card is destroyed by a Trap or Spell Card then remove this card from play.

OCG fix: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by paying 3000 Life points and removing from play the top 10 cards of your Deck. As long as you control this face-up card, all monsters Summoned are treated as DARK monsters. If this card battles [s]against [/s]a DARK monster, [s]then [/s]destroy that monster and Special Summon it to your side of the field. Increase its ATK by[s]with[/s] 1000 [s]more [/s]ATK [s]points [/s]and its DEF is treated as 0. If this card is destroyed by a Trap or Spell Card, destroy all cards on the field and gain 500 Life points for every card that was destroyed.

After fixing it, I must say that it's horribly broken. A D.D. Wouldn't even miss those 10 Cards as they would do only good. Then comes it's horridly strong ATK and pumped up "Goyo Guardian" effect. And to top it of a nuke/heal effect.

Perhaps th... Nah, just ditch the ressurection power and increase the remove to 15 cards and I think it would be ballanced. Or at least less OP.

Sorry but a 5.5/10

ok well thanks for commenting i wanted to hear an actual opinion i shall revise it now i thought that the cost may be enough ut now that you mentioned the dd i see how it could help the full deck. hmm ok im changing it now
also it is a level 11 monster so it is supposed to be strong but i tried not to make it far too over powered

Barely playable. Summoning it would pretty much wipe you right out. You need to find a good balance for the SS requirements. I'll point out Gorz - can be SS'd after taking damage. DAD - SS'd easily so long as you've got got good Graveyard control. This? Maybe Special Summon as a Dark Hole response. For example, "you can Special Summon this card from your hand if 3 or more cards on your side of the field are destroyed by a Spell or Trap effect."

I'd like to point out something in response to Lexadin though. Cards do not necessarily have to be balanced. Cards like Mirror Force, Monster Reborn are hideously OP'd but it doesn't matter because they're good. It's what makes them so useful in just about any Deck.

I recommend you drop the Normal Summon and Set restriction first, level out the SS conditions. Maybe something like I suggested with a 1000 LP loss to appease others. Everything else is fine.

The current Lv 11 monsters are:

Gate Guardian
Hyper Psychic Blaster/Assault Mode
Yubel - Terror Incarnate

None of them are even close to as draining on your resources.

The main difference here is:

The current Lv11 have very specific summoning conditions that are quite usable, with the exception of Gate Guardian. Yours pretty much kills you off as soon as it's played.

the reason iy kills you off as soon as it is played is because if in the right deck like a DD deck it could cause some serious damage, I thik it is very playabe as mentioned before a psychic or lp gaining deck and a few DD monsters and its barely beatable I wanted to give a lv 11 a shot because they get not recognition and i wanted to try and appeal to the cards out new very strong but with many restrictions

To me, on one hand it seems overpowered, if only due to the fact that not only gaining your opponent's monster with ease (and you do, in the sense that they're all DARK, so it's not like you have to rely on your opponent to summon a specific attribute), you get it to your field, with a boost in ATK points.

On the other hand, it seems underpowered. You're getting rid of 15 cards, and by the time you draw this and end up using it in a situation where it would benefit you, that would probably get rid of a good portion of what's left, including your Spell/Trap Support that would keep him in play. Plus, if you attack into something as simple as a Magic Cylinder, you're done.

The risk doesn't seem to be worth the reward.

thats a fair poins but then they are card like monster re incarnation and stuff other recovery cards I think people are just using this as a 40 card deck concept but you can have more then 40 cards so the sacfifice doesn't have to be a problem really.

Right, but in most (pretty much all) situations you're not going to want to use a Deck with over 40 cards. That will only slow you down and hurt your chances of winning quickly. And in a situation where you could use more than 40 cards for the sake of getting out a card like this, it's not even worth it, because he's not going to be effective enough to be worth all of the set up.

DD wouldn't play this, at best Return would be used but playing it could take potentially 6000 off you and the cards lost in the first place. 2/3 Lv 11's are strong but nowhere near as costly.

This. 4000 LP cost and then gets itself hit by Magic Cylinder = Epic fail.

I'm just going to tie these together and say 45+ cards in a Deck is not a nice idea is it limits chances of drawing cards you need. There's nothing wrong with milling, but 1/3 or more of your Deck for a card that might not stick around is not worth it.

Like I said before, it is perfectly fine to have a card that's OP'd - if it makes it more useful, then go for it.
