During either player's turn, you can return this card to it's owner's hand until the End Phase by returning 1 monster on your side of the field to its owner's hand (excluding this monster).
CARD RULINGS:

"Wind Scroll Ninja"'s first effect is a continuous effect.
When a card is returned from the field to its owner's hand you must return a card on the field to its owner's hand.
"Wind Scroll Ninja"'s second effect is a quick effect/multi-trigger effect so you can chain it to another Spell Speed 1 or 2 effect and can activate it outside your Main Phases, even during your opponent's turn.
You cannot activate "Wind Scroll Ninja"'s second effect during the damage step.
When Wind Scroll Ninja is returned to the field in the End Phase, it is returned to the player that activated its effect.
Returning 1 card on your side of the field to its owner's hand for "Wind Scroll Ninja"'s second effect is a cost.
You can return 1 other "Wind Scroll Ninja" to the owner's hand to satisfy the cost of this card.
CARD TIPS:

Use "Wind Scroll Ninja"'s second effect to return a monster card to your hand when your opponent activates "Mirror Force", "Torrential Tribute", "Fissure", etc.
Use "Wind Scroll Ninja" with cards like "Penguin Soldier" and "Compulsory Evacuation Device" to clear your opponent's side of the field of monsters and spell and trap cards. Hila Ⅰ
Bloody hell, thats complicated. I don't see why you would actually want to return it to your hand though, I mean more monsters on the field the better? Heres my evaluation: Name: 3/5 OCG: 5/5 Pic: 4/5 Effect: 4/5 Balance: 4/5 Useabillity: 2/5 Total: 22/
M.Hats
Thanks for the reply
I don't see why you would actually want to return it to your hand though, I mean more monsters on the field the better?

Use "Wind Scroll Ninja"'s second effect to return a monster card to your hand when your opponent activates "Mirror Force", "Torrential Tribute", "Fissure", etc.
Because it's a 'quick effect' it can be chained to cards like mirror force, etc. So instead of all your monsters getting destroyed and sent to the graveyard you can return Scroll Ninja and one other monster to your hand using his effect.
Bloody hell, thats complicated.
Yeah, correct OCG and making sure its effect isn't broken makes the card text a bit repetitive and a little hard to get first read. That's why I included all the 'card ruling' and 'card tip' stuff.

M.Hats
Slight tweak, made it so "Wind Scroll Ninja"'s can return one another for the cost of going back to the hand. Any suggestions for a name change are welcome, I'm not really warming to "Wind Scroll Ninja"...
M.Hats
Tried to make the card effect more succinct. I think the OCG is still fine and the effect is clearer. Tell me if you can see anything wrong with it.

-DOOM
I like this card, but it's probably problematic to keep it on the field to actually use it's 2nd effect. WIND monsters are not known for swarming, with 1500 ATK, probably all commonly played 4 stars will run over it. Still a very nice work. BTW, I sent you a PM
M.Hats
Thanks it is pretty easy to roll-over given it's ATK. It also just misses out on being overly useful to run with Dark Simorph (ninjitsu art of transformation + ninja lv4 = dark simorph). I was thinking of creating a few support cards that would make it an interesting card that could be used in a deck of it's own. Right now I don't see it getting run in any more then 1 per deck. I'm just reading your PM now .
