Ok, OCG is fine and effects seens original, BUT C'MMON, YOU SAY THAT ISNT MEGA F* O'PED?!?!
Put at least a summoning condition, like tributing 3 monsters or sommething like that, this way is EXTREMELY OPED

Thanks for the corrections, but with its first effect, It needs to be at leased 5 cards discarded, not 5 or lower. Or you could just summon a 3000 ATK monster with little to no sacrafice.

I dont find it oped at all, I think throwing away cards from the top of your deck is a big risk, you could have just chucked your best card. and with his seccond affect, his level could easily be dropped down back to 1500 so I think its fine, but thaks for the feed back

Well in that case, it should be at least 5 not leased. Other than OCG and seeing that it's kinda....ok alot overpowered for a low level monster, i'd give it....5.5/10. That's pretty ok in my books, just tweek it a little bit.

Yeah, but i mean, his defense is 3000, and base attack 1500. Isn't that oped for a initial level 1 monster with no summoning conditions? And sorry, but I must say, discarding cards is a gamble, and gambling doesn't changes yu-gi-oh basics. Take a look at arcana monsters, for example.

okay okay, I guess your right. okay so maybe if I thowed a condition like "this card cannot be normal summoned eccep by sacraficing 1 monster on your side of the field and removing from play 1 EARTH monster from your graveyard" sound good?

Oh yeah, that would be perfect! two monsters, still with the gambling chances. Maybe just one monster is fine, thinking it actually would be more fear.
Well, make it remove one EARTH monster from the graveyard and it should be fine.

Does no-one else but Wick see a milling level 1 with a combined stat total of 4500, that can be 6000 and loved by Lightsworns? This is very OP'd.

Make it a 1 tribute monster at least, preferably 2+, cos atm this card would be abused by Lightsworns. Follow darkmaster0's OCG fix and make it harder to summon.

4/10 for now, including the customary newb variable.

Great, there you go. Okay, you should have left the 3000 DEF since you put the summoning conditions.
It's okay, because a lightworn deck is filled with LIGHT monsters, so it willl be hard to use with'em.
New rate (I'll count the 3000 DEF, other way i think the card gets kinda U'p) 8.7/10
