You can discard this card to negate the Special Summon of 1 of your opponent's monsters and destroy it. Then you can add 1 level 4 or lower LIGHT monster from your Deck to your hand. During your next Standby Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard and you control no monsters, you can remove this card from play and Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower LIGHT monster from your Deck. Op'ed? Most likely. I might remove this part [b]"Then you can add 1 level 4 or lower LIGHT monster from your Deck to your hand." [/b]since it seems a bit much for this card. All depends on the comments I get.

[The Broken]

I don't think it's that bad. It's just a teeny tiny bit OP'd but other than that, 9/10 for me.

i think its evened out because without the part where you move it to your hand your pretty much screwed in the next turn.

You can easily get 3 of them in your hand and stop your opponent 3 times but it isn't overpowered

I could see it either way. I will technically recommend you remove that part, because it makes for an easy instant Synchro when done right (negate your opponent's Synchro, gain a regular Effect monster in your hand, during your next turn remove this card in your Graveyard from play to get a Tuner, summon the Effect monster and bam, instant Stardust or Goyo). Other than making it extremely easy to summon a Level 8 or lower Synchro, it's a solid card. I like it.

I'll most likely remove it because of that reason, but I'm gonna wait for another comment or two. I want other peoples opinion on it first before making the change.
