wait this should be a fusion monster scince it an agreement to combined but if you want it a ritual monster that cool too i think you misspelled combined but im horrible at spelling also this card is OP'ed 2750 attack needs to be drop to 2250 attack and add one star to make it a level 8 ritual monster

in ocg If this card is destroyed by battle you can send 1 Equip Spell Card on your side of the field to the Graveyard instead

you should have it say

The fusion seems to fit the card more in my opinion.

Change "If this card is destroyed by battle"
to
"If this card would be destroyed by battle"
Otherwise the monster has already been destroyed before you can activate the saving effect.

I would have put: As long as this monster is equipped with an Equip-Spell Card, put 1 counter on this card during each End Phases of your turn. You can send 1 Equip-Spell Card equipped with this card to activate one of the following effects:
- If this monster is selected as an attack target, you can negate the attack of the attacking monster.
- Inflict damage to your opponent, equal to the number of counters on this card x500.

8/10 Good Job though but if you can get rid of the "deal damage".
