OP"ED!! Yes very every turn a Synchro with Synchro Material for your hand and no need for a tuner, even limiting it to Dragon-Type Synchro Monster only still makes it OP'ed.

[center]Being a level 5 it needs to be Tribute Summoned/Special Summoned to the field first, then the card states the Synchro material monster in the hand, so there will still need to be a Tuner monster in the hand to be used; just because it's from the hand, doesn't change the Summoning Restrictions of needing a Tuner monster. The once per turn part of the effect is the only OP'd part of the effect.

I like this card, alter the effect to something like "When this card is removed from play, you can Synchro summon a Dragon type Synchro monster using the materials from your hand"

7/10 with current effect
9/10 if you alter the effect.
