I'm not to aware of Machine Synchros so with keeping that in mind. "This card can be perceived as broken."

I see what you were trying to do, and it wuld be a very effective Tuner no doubt, and it is quite original with pretty good OCG, however you could Synchro a lvl 6 Machine Synchro Monster, the straight awaypull out a 9 (if there is one, so maybe say next turn or soemthing he is Special summoned.

Otherwise nice card with the change 8/10

I can't decide if it's OP'd or not. I'm leaning toward it being slightly too powerful, but reasonable.

If it wasn't a Tuner it'd be very balanced.

Card is not very useful since there aren't many Machine-type syncs based on what I've seen.

This card is really cool love the pic
But anyways im gonna say that its op'ed because it dosent seem right maybe make it so it can only recycle its self once because if you dont i could search this (1500 Atk or lower) and use it to synchro all game, but maybe not since there aren't any Synchro machine that i know of anyway????

Ok so in a meta where their is very few sychro machines this is fair but in one where there are plenty(probably will happen eventually) this card would become more and more overpowered.
