Frozen Judgment Posted November 21, 2010 Report Share Posted November 21, 2010 Chimeratech is for if you're playing against a deck with lots of machine monsters like machina decks. Then you can use their own monsters to summon chimeratech thus blowing up their field while gaining a good beatstick. It's better sided imo.
