Yu-gi-oh Dude Posted November 25, 2010 Report Share Posted November 25, 2010 I don't go to a parkour club or something but if I see say a bench, I try to jump over it or run across the top of a wall and jump and roll off it. Free running, like I said, is too easy for me, it's just not physically demanding enough. After having done boxing training and all sorts, it just wasn't worth it in the end.
