Lord Smeagle
Until I get the finalized siggy that says "I officially sold my soul to Jazin Kay", just take a guess at where this one is from. I like it. When this card is Synchro Summoned, select 1 face-up Spell or Trap Card on the field. While this card is on the field, that card can't be destroyed. Then, select 1 other face-up Spell or Trap Card on the field. While you control that card, this card can't be destroyed. This card's effect may not select any card targeted by the effect of another "Der Ankermeister".
Althemia
In the 2nd effect of Der Ankermeister, why bother putting "on the field"? Everyone's just gonna choose their own card anyway, so what's the point? Also, lol at the fact you can choose Royal Decree for an invincible Royal Decree and Future Fusion in Ab0 for invincible Trap Stun and Der Ankermeister. If you want to destroy Ankermeister, you'd have to destroy Ab0. Oh god, Ab0 Ankermeister seems like such a fun deck. I love the card. Good work. <
Lord Smeagle
Thanks, I appreciate the review and + rep But the reason I chose "on the field" is that it makes it even more versatile. Anchor to one of your opponent's key cards, thus forcing them to get rid of it to get rid of Ankermeister. OR, use the other effect and keep a low-ATK monster your opponent controls on the field indefinitely so you can wail for massive amounts of LP (extra fun if you have Piercing Damage). Althemia
You can't do that, unfortunately. You said, in the lore, "While you control that card," meaning that combination you posted would be useless.
Lord Smeagle
Upon closer examination, you are correct. Therefore, the card is only as useful as you previously assumed...
Nightmare Moon
Hi Lord Smeagle, my name is Lauren and I absolutely love the card. A seafaring warrior scoweing the seven seas. Awesome, simply awesome. ^^ I know this is kinda "off-topic", but I love your "A Song of Arcadia" set also. It has such a "Middle Ages" kinda feel to it, and great epic poem.
