I need some clouds

I really want a single Altocumulus cloud puff ball, a maniacal expression, and tube like arms and legs, oval feet and circular palms w/ oval fingers, the pic doesn't need to be realistic, just the style like this card's: [img]http://img51.imageshack.us/img51/7942/27867.jpg[/img]
And a purple background with pink streaks coming from the middle out.
