Now the title: Interesting... I'd probably call it [i]Elemental Hero Ultimate Neos[/i] myself, but this is interesting because it's sort of like /Assault Mode. 7/10 for title... now balance... The ATK and DEF thing WOULD be overpowered. However, because of the End Phase 10 cards, it will actually eventually be a very weak monster ATK-and-DEF-wise. 7/10, underpowered. OCG: Not bad considering the amount of mistakes. Probably because it isn't anything major when there is a mistake. 6/10 Misc: I don't really like the set name and number. (LIM-ED000) Limited Edition in the circulation is fine. Personally, I'd make it a LV12, but it doesn't have to be... Just more than LV7.... Misc gets 9/10 Overall: 40/50 - Pretty good card. I mean, it's impractically hard to summon (especially without Miracle Fusion), is not-quite-completely broken, and I would have loved to see this in the Yugi vs Jaden duel.
