This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Normal Summoned by Tributing 3 monsters you control. When this card is Summoned, send all other cards you control to the Graveyard and inflict 400 damage to your opponent for each card sent that way. Cards on the field and in either player's Graveyard cannot be removed from play or returned to either player's hand or Deck. You cannot Summon monsters. If your opponent Special Summons a monster, that monsters ATK and DEF is halved. During your End Phase, place 1 Terror Counter on this card (max. 1). Once per turn, you can remove 1 Terror Counter from this card to negate the effect of 1 of your opponent's cards and destroy it (this can be used during either player's turn). While there are no Terror Counters on this card, you can Tribute it to destroy all cards on the field and inflict 600 damage to both players for each card destroyed that way (this effect cannot be used during the turn it was Summoned).[/b][/i][/center]

I'm a huge fan of the series, and even thinking about part III makes my spine tingle each and every time, even if it's god knows how long until it's released

Great pic, almost flawless OCG and entirely balanced...It reminds me of the Sacred Beasts...
For the OCG part, I think you should change:

Well, it's kinda a "Unholy Beast"... with Mephisto and Baal joining the fun... a new "Triumvirate" of devilish fiends... if I can find decent pictures, I'll think about it
