Two decks to fix up

So I have two decks here that I need fixes for. I'm still in the process of determining which I'm going to play at my regional coming up on Saturday. So I'd like to have both decks fixed up well enough before then, so that I can run either one. The side decks are going to remain my secrets, but the extras can be posted if needed. Although since they are fairly standard, I don't see why they would need to be.

Blackwings:
Effect Veiler mained? What is the point of having it mained in here?
Delta Crow is still good, even if you run up against Decree builds.

Quickdraw:
Scapegoat doesn't belong.
No tuning? Might go for Plant Synchro instead, it's more clean cut and works with your build.

Both:
Lack of Mained Warnings.

I forgot about Tuning for the Quickdraw deck. I'll probably drop the Goats for it. Both lack Warnings due to not having them. Veiler was mained because I couldn't think of anything better for a slot. I'll put Delta Crow in over it now. And no, I'm going to the Philly regionals.
