This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play all face-up monsters on your side of the field and in your Graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned, if your Life Points are lower than your opponent's, inflict 400 damage x the number of monsters removed from play by this card's effect to your opponent.

I think this is how I'd word it, by the way, when your done, check out my Zombie Pirates and comment, this card btw isn't too bad, I like him, good late game card.
