Well Neji is a bit overpower by destroying a s/t per destruction of a monster and negation of an attack but on the other hand it isn't because of its attack, so I guess that's fine. I have complaints about Nejis picture I'm sure a better on could be found on deviant art. I like Rock Lee kind of serving as a last ditch effort card but I think you should add a down side effect to balance it like during the end phase that you activate this card's effect destroy it or something like that otherwise it's effect could get very abused. I love his picture personally

Name: 8/10 Unoriginal but working and compatible
Picture: 6/10 you can do better on that if you looked
OCG: 9/10 theres a space after a comma
Effect: 10/10 Original effect and highly compatible with the character
Balence: 8/10 Again with the slight OP but no problem
41/50 B- card (I'm kinda harsh on grading cards)

Name: 9/10 I like it bit better and its slightly more original
Picture: 10/10 Its a perfect image for a yugioh card
OCG: 9/10 again with the commas
Effect: 9/10 Devastating and powerful but too much so
Balance: 6/10 4 star with a potential of 3800 Atk thats repeatable for a cost is too overpowered
43/10 B card (Just overpowered, change around a few things with draw backs and conditions)

I figured Rock Lee was a tad overpowered lol,but ill admit im a tad biased towards him as Team Guys my favorite squad and Rock Lee is my favorite character ^^
If anything ill make his cost a base amount rather then just half,maybe 2000 LP a use,or make him a Tribute.
