I think that the pic is good,the name is appropriate the Ocg need some improvement:

Until this card is face-up on the Field all monster involved in a battle, have their ATK reduced by 500 Points until the End Phase. Each time a Monster equipped with an Equip Spell Card is destroyed as battle and sent ti the Graveyard, return the Equip Spell on that monster to it' owner's Hand OR equip it to an appropriate face-up monster on the Field.

(if I were you, I'd put some Warrior-Type Improvment Effect, with a cost of course )
