OCG, overpowered/underpowered, DIVINE etc are all just for fun in the AoC (Any other Cards). Realistic Section, then yes, OCG is needed. But still, it's a strong card, short but swift effect, you could possibly alter the effect, and create a Set in RC (Realistic Cards), though you wont be allowed to use 'Hell' (cos 4kids would have stopped you first ) just call them... something like... Doom, Rage, Death, Dark, Tragic, Crypt... Could have a decent set going if it's all fair and works together. Try to make a Structure Deck style Set Then you can print them all out and play with them!
