Horribly OP. I mean C'mon it's basicly a free re-Summoner except if the user was stupid enough to set his cards.
End even if you found a way you can ballance that (which I find really unlikely) then there's the (if played right) Honest like effect which makes this even more OP. I mean, it can take out a FGD if you re-Summoned a DH Defender!
Oh and that reminds me that it can also be abused with Honest, making it absolutely OP.

Oh, and I don't really find its pic Alienish, but that's my opp.
