Conan has way too much ATK, though I do like him being a tuner, and its effect seems fine for now. The pic is kind of cool though =D

Level 4, 2000 ATK, Tuner, with a beneficial effect, doesn't work

lower his ATK to 1600

also, his effect doesn't state where you can Special Summon Kudo from, your hand? Deck? Graveyard? your face?

Kudo's effect states that it can only be special summoned by "Ginseng-Root Schnaps"
which would make it so Conan can't Special Summon him... so how does this work out?
