LOL JazinKay posted a similiar card with this. This looks more than a copy of that card, but you changed it a bit. You changed ATK and DEF, same picture, but at least the effect isnt the same BIG MINUS FOR STOLEN IDEA!!! (-1 for a section that you copyed)

Pic: 0/2 (copyed picture)
OCG: 0.5/3 (not good, example: Hand, Heads, Tails, deck...)
Effect: 1/2 (not bad)
Balance: 0/3 (you only need Bubbleman and Enforcer, Polymerization or Fusion Sage, and BAM you got a monster with 3300 ATK and 2800 DEF, use creativity and be realistic mate)

Overall: 1.5/10

This card would get better rate (maybe 4/10) if the idea wouldnt be stolen. Decrease the ATK and DEF a lot (about 1000 points XD), fix the OCG, the effect isnt bad, BUT if you want to keep that ATK and DEF and those Fusion materials, you should put some drawbacks or some condition for summoning it, cause otherwise, its completely broken.

1 thing, you should know Mudballman (Bubbleman + Clayman), it has 1900 ATK and 3000 DEF. OK high DEF but it hasnt effect and like all EH it cannot be Speical Sumomned expect by fusion summon. See? High stats, drawback or not effect, low stats, good, useful effect.

Im not saying u are bad. just giving constructive criticism u know?
