Lore:
When this card destroys a monster your opponent controls, increase your Life Points by 100 x the destroyed monster's Level. Only once, if this card increases your Life Points by more then 1000, increase this card's Level by 2 and it's ATK and DEF by 500, and it gains the following effect:
* Once per turn, when this card would be destroyed, you can Tribute 1 "Ninja" monster you control instead.

Lore:
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except by Tributing 1 "Ninja" Warrior-Type monster you control. When this card attacks a monster you opponent controls in Defense Position, increase the ATK of this card by 500 during the Damage Step only. When this card is destroyed by a Spell or Trap Card, you can Special Summon the monster from your Graveyard used to Summon this card.

But lets comment on the card shall we?

OCG fix: This card can attack twice during the same Battle Phase. When [b]this[/b] card destroys a monster your opponent controls, increase your Life Points by 100 [s]for each Level on the destroyed monster[/s] x the destroyed monster's Level. If this card increases your Life Points [s]over[/s] [b]by more then[/b] 1000, increase this [b]card's Level[/b][s]e Level of this card[/s] by 2 and it's ATK and DEF by 500, and [s]you can now activate[/s] [b]it gains[/b] the following effect:

Not a big fan of the pic myslef.

It's gaining power is a bit broken as it can be used continuously, otherwise a fine card.

This card can attack twice during the same Battle Phase. When this card destroys a monster and sends it to the Graveyard, place 1 'ninja' counter (max 3.) on this card. This card gains 500 ATK and DEF for each counter. If this card would be destroyed, you can remove 1 counter instead.

I like this a little better. But its just a suggestion. I really do hate long descriptions unless there is a line that reads: You win the game by reading this entire card....
