actually belive it or not rainbow dragon can still be summoned even with all crystal beast in the graveyard
there are 3 ways to summon rainbow dragon
1. have all 7 crystal beasts in your hand
2. have all 7 crystal beasts on the field [both monster zones and spell and trap card zones
3. have all 7 crystal beasts in the graveyard

#1 is just wrong. Crystal Beasts in your hand don't count for Rainbow Dragon purposes.
And actually, the next two can be combined: if you have all 7 among your field or Graveyard. However, it's still quite tough to do, especially since having all 7 in the field or Graveyard means you're running all of them (including the craapy ones) and most likely had to search for about 5 out of 7 of them. Unless you had a god hand or had your deck especially dedicated to Rainbow Dragon rather than Crystal Abundance OTK/Carbuncle Swarm, it will most likely take 5 of your turns to get the setup prepared, and you might not even have RD in your hand by then. Even a dedicated RD deck would probably take 2 or 3 of their turns for the setup and maybe another one or two to get RD. By then, your opponent probably has been saving some removal to prepare for it (after all, a deck running through itself and ditching lousy Crystal Beasts is kind of a giveaway for RD).
I'd much rather plop down a Field Spell and remove RD from the deck to summon Sin Rainbow Dragon. Well, unless it has a negative effect besides the generic Sin effects.

Kid, have you ever used RD?

Hell, his DARK version is faster.

He's not fast nor worth it.

Now if they lowered his CB costs, then people would receive less messages from Aldaris about they need more crystals, gas, and pylons.
