I would classify myself as an ok player with the potential to be a good player, though I choose to be ok in order to have more fun at the game instead of doing what everyone does, and budget. Its a children's card game, and for tournaments, you get serious, for casual, you can play whatever as long as its semi-consistent and isn't based around just one gimic, an inconsistent boss monster, a noob e-hero deck, nor all of the above. The best decks I can ever build are tier 2 level variants of tier 1 decks, due to budget, but I still win often (except I can't beat [s]Airman[/s] Arm's Scraptown deck) against tier 1 decks. Building a decent side deck is always troublesome for me, because often the good "counter" card choices I lack. That's life though :P

The people I truly respect in this game as pros are the ones that come up with the next Tier 1 deck first, and pull it off as the top at a major tournament taking everyone by surprise. Those creative enough and with enough cunning and strategy to win tournaments without stacking or net decking are those that deserve to win most.

P.S. Trolling for me isn't to get attention, its just for fun. The static "rating" system isn't very good tbh, as others have said, and overall, I kinda feel like this is just a +1 fest like many of the other topics on YCM TCG.
