ok card looks nice but u can tell that u just painted over the original gadget card u used for it
u forgot the pluses+
"green+Yellow+red"

Seems like a viable card. Future Fusion to bring it out and you've got this card out fairly quick and easy Trap negation.

I'd probably think about Spell negation as well to add a bit more versatility, or to protect Future Fusion. Could do with helping other Gadgets to the field/graveyard. It might OP it, but it would add a bit more use.

I'm not that bothered with the artwork really.

I think it's creative of you to hand make it, I mean we all know how hard it is to find that perfect pic.
I like the concept, but I think it's somewhat UP'd. I mean you can basiccaly only use his effect 3 times (unless you have more than 1 copy of each gadjet in your deck of course) and I think it's a big price to pay only to get rid of a Trap card, maybe you could change it to this (just brainstorming, only a suggestion):
......[b]When a level 4 or lower monster is Normal Summoned or Flip Summoned to your opponents side of the field, you can remove 1 "Gadjet" monster in your Graveyard from play to destroy the Summoned monster.[/b] (I'm pretty sure there were a bunch of OCG mistakes in there but )
For now it's a 6.5/10
