I put this in the finals of the Ryder Cup contest, tell me what you think of it

Activate this only when your opponent draws a card outside of the Draw Phase. Flip 2 coins. If both results are Heads, add 1 "Elemental Hero Neos" and 1 other "Elemental Hero" monster from your Deck to your hand. If both results are Tails, remove 1 "Elemental Hero Neos" from your Deck from Play. If the result is 1 Head and 1 Tail, add 1 level 4 or lower "Elemental Hero" monster from your Deck to your hand.

It's pretty good with whatever outcome, even the both Tails one. If you have 2 Heads or 1 Heads, a good idea would be is to add a Stratos to your hand for some more E-Hero fun, lol. The art looks familiar though... Though in Deck built with Neos Support cards can use this probably.

and yes you need monster in there

if you just put "Elemental Hero" that would mean that specific card

if you put monster after it, then it would mean a monster that includes the word in the quote in the name of it
