You don't' have to capitalize every word in the card name, it automatically does it, just write it like you normally would.

 

Also, it's a bit overpowered. 500 for each on the field or Graveyard. You only need 1 more to make it 4k, and 3 to make it 5k. And since you'll probably have a Dragon Deck to go along with it, this card will probably have upwards of 8000Atk points.

 

If I were you, I'd keep its effect, but lower its Atk to 0.
