.Ash
A lot of Wind monsters work with bouncing effects and hand control. While this doesn't quite fit with most Harpie's it could probably work it's way into a few decks that like an opponent's empty back row. Lore This card's name is treated as "Harpie Lady" while it is on the field or in the Graveyard. When this card is Summoned, return 1 card on the field back to it's owners hand. You can Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard by discarding 1 card in your hand when a card is returned to its owner's hand. As long as this card is face-up on the field, inflict 400 points of damage to your opponent every time a card is sent from the field to a player's hand. Thoughts? Prince of Ravens
A few thoughts. First, why is this card pyro and not winged beast type? Second, why, if it is not actually going to fit into most harpy decks did you call it harpie empress? Also, summon effect is interesting, but their need to be other reasons to summon it, like say a damage causing effect that hits for 500 lifepoints instead of 400? One more thing, is that its own effect shouldn't be able to trigger a summon of it otherwise you could special summon it with call of the haunted, return opponent's card to hand, pitch 2 special summon 2 more from graveyard, return two more cards to opponent's hand for total of 2800 effect damage plus 3 2400 ATK monsters squared up on empty field for direct attacks. Prince of Ravens
Pyro was a mix-up. I was originally editing a card and must have forgotten to change that. Can fit into Harpie's just with name and gain most of the generic support they do, as well as chipping in with Harpie's Pet Baby Dragon's effect. Does need a bit of a quick fix though. Could use a Harpie Queen name change effect as well I suppose. Thanks. The main point of it being on the field is to burn whenever a monster is bounced, meaning it can chip away at opponent's LP whenever it bounces a card itself, but also cause a lot of damage whenever Swift Birdman Joe, Giant Trunade, Compulsory Evacuation Device, Honest is used. Lastly, what's wrong with giving some cards a little more OTK potential? Might give Bounce decks more OTK potential. Might even help push them up slightly in the metagame. jemjosher
to be honest with the effect of hysteric party and every thing else in the game i don see why you would give it the effect "You can Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard by discarding 1 card in your hand" that in its self is a bit over powered and i feel if you drop that effect and lower the def to say 1200 it would be a awesome lvl 6 just a few suggestions

I'm not sure why that would influence the card too much.
pretty good
Do you do anything other than spam?
