Sea Serpent Theme.

Serpent of the Sea Divas: This card is useful with Deep Sea Diva. It is a slow and large sea monster, so it has low attack and high defense.

Deep Sea Water Witch: This card is useful with Deep Sea Diva. It shows Deep Sea Diva as she grown into a horrible monster after being used to synchro.

Tentacle Monster: Useful in general. Its effect is it "wraps tentacles around spell/trap cards, he has less tentacles to attack the enemy with."

Serpent of the Shallow Seas: effect is it uses its long neck bypass the monster card zones to "attack" s/t cards.

Collosal Serpent: Its fat body prevents it from being destroyed and "pushed" to the hand or deck

Mother of Many Sea Monsters: is like a mother card.

Umi Dragon and Greater Umi Dragon. They "swim back to the field" after being returned to the deck or hand.

This monster is easily controlled by the beautiful voices of the underwater sirens.

This card can be Special Summoned from your Hand during the turn that "Deep Sea Diva" is used for a Synchro Summon.

When this card is Normal Summoned or Flip Summoned, you can select up to 4 face-up Spell/Trap cards. This card looses 400 ATK for each card selected. Negate the effects of the selected cards while this card remains face up on the Field.

At the start of the Battle Phase, you can destroy 1 face up Spell or Trap card. If this Effect is used, this card cannot attack or use it's Effect until the End Phase of your next turn.

This card cannot be returned from the Field to the Hand or to the Deck. Once per turn if this card would be destroyed by a card effect, it is not destroyed.

During each of your End Phases, place 1 "Water Counter" on this card. This card loses 200 ATK for each "Water Counter" on it. You can tribute this card while it has 3 "Water Counters" to Special Summon 1 Sea Serpent-Type monster from your hand or Deck (Ignoring their summoning condition).

If this card is returned from the Field to the Hand or Deck, Special Summon it during the End Phase of your next turn.

Control of this card cannot Switch. This card cannot be returned from the Field to the Hand or Deck. This card can be Special Summoned from your hand by paying 700 Life Points after "Umi Dragon" is destroyed by a card effect.

First card has too much DEF (like war chess said), make the ATK a little higher (500 or something) and decrease the DEF (2000 or something).
Make the second card Level 7.
I like the third card, dont change it. It's useful because you can select the number of Spells/Traps.
4th: Change the effect so that you can destroy face-downs too.
5th: Make it Level 7. Change the picture.
6th: Useful effect, dont change.
7th: Simple.
8th: Good.
