Ancient Seals
Most of the time, Instant Win scenarios are a big no-go. But, this is a much more vulnerable Destiny Board-esque set of cards which would barely ever work out. Royal Decree/Jinzo would make sure of this.

Barely usable, and hard to get Uria out with them, and that's probably the best that you can get with these.

Ancient Keys
Sort of unnecessary, MST/Horus will pretty much stop the Seals rather than needing these. Although, Continuous Spells can feed Hamon or CB's.

Ragnarok
Once again, very difficult to play and the instant win trumps this. Made quite redundant. Although it is a possible alternative.

I'd work with more playable effects if I were you, because these cards are more or less impossible to play, other than the Keys, which are still pointless.

The seals are mimics of the 5 pieces of exodia, which is almost as difficult to summon as these cards. I will change the 4 seals to not being destroyed. The seals are almost impossible? Good. Instant win cards are ment to be. That's why this is in realistic cards. Also, if you put Reloads, Magical Mallets and other hand-replacement cards, they're not too hard to get.

The keys were just added to counter them, so that even with all 5 out there is a way to continue fighting. They are easy to play, and can even help summon Hamon. As you said, the seals don't help with Uria. WRONG. Uria requires 3 continuous traps, and these cards work for that. They aren't destroyed until the end phase.

Finally, Ragnarök. His point is that you can empty your spell and trap card zones if the keys are out, rendering them useless. His ATK and DEF make him invincible to almost any monster, and his effect handles the rest. The idea I used was that the keys unlock the seal (I.e, open it and release him.) that's how it would work in the show.

In order to understand these cards, and in fact most of my cards, you need to think a little more about the cards and how they can be used, other than what you see.

But you don't need to summon the cards, just have them in hand. Hard to play use seeing as how, like I said, Royal Decree or Jinzo will effectively make them useless.

There are many easier ways to stop your Seals instead of your Keys. Like I said, could use in Hamon/CB but there are much better alternatives. It doesn't help Uria. Why? Because if you're planning on using it, you may as well have decent Traps as fodder so you can do something while you're waiting to play it. The likeliness of keeping 3 of these on the field and then getting Uria is not likely at all.

Why use Ragnarok when you can Instant Win? SS conditions means the only time it can hit the field is when you don't need it to.

i would suggest swithing the instant win to a win in 5 turns thing because then the dragon becomes more usefull

Nah, i don't think so. they're hard enough to use as is. there's no sense in adding another limiter. besides, the dragon was just for fun. i never ment it to be an "ace" card of the set. honestly, if these were real Ragonarok would be summoned maybe once in a thousand duels with the same deck.
