Other than a Six Samurai-esque effect, these cards don't seem to have much of a theme.

Archer - Mill & Nuke
Gunner - Ultimate Tyranno effect + ATK boost
Lancer - Free Direct Attack
Swordsman - Easy SS and Trap invincibility.

Best card here is Swordsman, mainly because several of them means easy Swarming. The cards need a bit more to tie them together.

UFO Turtle can help you SS Archer. Not much outside influence other then generic Warrior/FIRE support.

I think they need a bit of development, and in some cases, toning down as they are OP'd.
