This will be my first set that i want to finish one day so please cooperate
Info: Neo Ally is my own version of Genex Ally but instead of helping another Attribute instead it gives it hardship. Neo Ally is like a fusion of Genex Ally and Ally of justice because of AOJ's hardship giver to LIGHT and Genex Ally's Attribute mastery. Here's the cards:

Once per turn, by discarding 1 card from your hand, this card can attack your opponent directly. You can return 1 WATER monster on the field to its owner's hand to Special Summon this card from your hand. Because Ally of Justice usually relies on DNA Transplant to change everything on the field to LIGHT monsters so their effects work, and since DNA Transplant also changes your monsters, and they have "Ally" in their name, you can easily destroy all your opponent's face up monsters.

Really the only thing you need to do is say:
Activate only if a face-up "Neo Ally" monster is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard. Destroy all monsters your opponent controls with the same Attribute of the destroyed monster.

That right there would fix it.
