[The Random Bystander]

Asura Priest is my favorite card. Not necessarily for effect or anything, I just like the card. So I decided to make a good trump card to go with it. Sorry about the bad picture, I couldn't find a good one and all I have is paint. If you find OCG errors, please do tell me, I'm kind of OCD about that. And, of course, rate the card for it's quality. I think it may be a little OP, what about you?

Card Lore:
This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned, Special Summoned or flipped face-up. This card can only be Special Summoned if you pay 1000 Life Points while you have "Asura Priest" in your Graveyard. When this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, inflict Damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of the destroyed monster. If this card was Special Summoned, it gains the following effects: -This card can attack all monster's on your opponent's side of the field once each. -The opponent of the owner of this card cannot conduct their Battle Phase during the turn after the End Phase when this card return's to the owner's hand.

Why change it? It looks perfectly fine as it is. The picture is excellent for an improved Asura Priest.
The card itself is good, thought the effects are a bit unoriginal. However, my only problem with it is that most Spirit monsters (all but one) have the text: "This card cannot be Special Summoned." on it. Therefore, this card would technically break the trend of Spirits if it could be Special Summoned - Perhaps add a cost to the Special Summon effect.
