Seems very, very powerful. There's basically no drawbacks to either of the cards.

Some OCG errors and some things should be made optional/mandatory.

Art is fine, the pictures are a little choppy but fine as well I suppose.

Mostly Capitalation errors so nice job on that part.

I have to agree with above it is incredibly OP, as it's both a Spell Returner and it has an improved CB effect. So unless you add some restriction a [u]6.9/10[/u]

Some bad errors in the Summoning part.

Once again incredibly OP support. Though not as much as the above one, but still OP. You need to put some restrictions on them.
