Cirrus
Seems very, very powerful. There's basically no drawbacks to either of the cards. Some OCG errors and some things should be made optional/mandatory. 8/10. Art is fine, the pictures are a little choppy but fine as well I suppose. Lexadin
1st Card Img looks great, but it doesn't really look like a manuscript. OCG fix: When this card is Summoned you can select up to 2 Spell Cards in your Graveyard and add them to your hand. Once per turn, you can discard 1 "Mythos" monster from your hand to destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field. When this card is removed from the field while it is in a Monster Card Zone, you can place it face-up in your Spell & Trap Card Zone as a Continuous Spell Card with the follow effect: Once per turn, you can add 1 "Mythos" monster from your Deck to your hand or add 1 Spell Card from your Graveyard to your Deck. Mostly Capitalation errors so nice job on that part. I have to agree with above it is incredibly OP, as it's both a Spell Returner and it has an improved CB effect. So unless you add some restriction a 6.9/10 2nd Card Img looks great and it fits way better then the above one. OCG fix: ...with the follow effect: During each of your End Phases discard 1 level 4 or lower "Mythos" monster[s] from your hand[/s]. Then, during your next Standby Phase[s]s[/s] Special summon that monster. Some bad errors in the Summoning part. Once again incredibly OP support. Though not as much as the above one, but still OP. You need to put some restrictions on them. A 7.2/
