You spelled [i]lair[/i] wrong.
1. When highlighting a card's name in the effect of another card, it should be withing quotation marks. Example:
As long as this card remains face-up on your side of the Field, [i]"Super-Happy Bunny Dragon"[/i] can attack you opponent's Life Points directly.
2. You cannot add ATK/DEF to any card with an unknown amount of ATK/DEF. Word it as so:
This card's ATK and DEF [i]is equal to[/i] the number of cards in your Graveyard [i]x 100[/i].

I do not feel like adding any more to this, but, if others prove incompetent in providing further advice, I will add more.

[Black Metal]

tons of OCG errors and you don't make ritual cards unless there is a ritual spell card to go with it and you got to include the ritual spell card in the effect. Just do this and fix the OCG and you're good to go 6.5/10
