Not bad. It's good, because like Formula Synchron, it replaces itself, and though it's not as good as Formula Synchron because it's not a Tuner, it's still quite decent. Also, it's somewhat unique.

I don't understand how being a Ninja has anything to do with Synchros, though... nor do I know what Sempo means/is.

Shrug.
